GLOW 2018 CONFERENCE

Theme: Bench to Bedside: An inter-disciplinary approach to maternal and newborn health
The 2018 conference was hosted by the University of Cambridge, on 19 - 20 June 2018 at Murray Edwards College.  The conference aimed to bridge the gap between the basic biology of placental development and clinical obstetrics and neonatology.

GLOW 2018 included a pre-conference interactive event led by the Medical Research Council on research priorities for maternal & newborn health in LMICs.

The event was sponsored by MRC, the Centre for Trophoblast Research (Cambridge) and the Wellcome Trust - Cambridge Centre for Global Health Research.
